5 Ways to Boost Your Immune System Fast

If you aren't already focusing on your health as a top priority, now is the time to do so. There are many simple ways to boost your immune system to ensure that your body is strong enough to combat any illnesses & unwanted bacteria. Here are 5 ways you can strengthen your immune system & become the healthiest version of you.

1. Take a daily probiotic. Probiotics give you the good bacteria you need to keep a healthy gut. If you deal with bloating, this will also play a role in easing that. I drink the Sarah's Day pro & prebiotic blend & also take a probiotic supplement from Care/of each morning. Trust me, it's a must.

2. Eat healthy. This is the basic answer you're going to receive from anyone, but it's true. Start paying attention to what you put into your body & you will begin to notice why you're not feeling your best all the time. Here's a hint, make sure there's always something green on your plate.

3. Stop pulling all-nighters, GET SOME SLEEP. Your body needs 7-9 hours of sleep to recharge for the next day. If you're staying up all night, you're hurting your immune system and weakening your ability to do the things you should normally do.

4. #Stressfreebaby. How can one avoid stress, right? I know, impossible, but it's important to reduce it as much as you can. Do something for you– something that helps you calm down & relax. 5. Work out. Don't use the quarantine as an excuse. There are SO MANY workouts you can do from home! I've been using the Alive app by Whitney Simmons & have crushed workouts all week. Go on YouTube, follow my booty bands workout, GET MOVING. Improving your overall fitness helps boost your immune system. 

Focus on you, embrace the body that you're in, & take care of yourself.
