3 Smoothie Recipes

These are 3 quick & easy smoothie recipes that I've been obsessed with. Throw in some protein powder after a good workout, or drink as a refresher after a long day of studying!

1 whole banana
1 cup of frozen mangos
1 handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (for a source of omega-3's!)
1 tablespoon of flax seeds (for a little protein & fiber!)
Water or milk– depending on what mood you're in

1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of frozen blueberries
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Water or milk

1 cup of frozen mangos 
1 whole banana
1 cup of 100% orange juice
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Water or milk

As you can see, chia seeds are my jam. These recipes are packed with nutrients & are so simple to make. Let me know which one is your favorite!
